If you are going into teaching strictly for the money, it's a bad choice. Teaching is a VERY demanding profession. It is stressful, but it is also rewarding.
If you want to become a high school math teacher, you will do a degree in mathematics, if you want to become a high school science teacher, you will do a degree in science. Either would be followed by a year of teacher training.
If you want to go to school in Ohio and teach in Arizona, it would be a good idea to write to the Department of Education in Arizona and make sure the Ohio college or university that you plan to attend, is recognized in the Arizona school system.
