How to prevent my kids from clearing private data/history in Firefox?

We use Firefox 2.0 as our browser on our family PC. My young teenage daughter uses the computer every day, sometimes without anyone around and now she has figured out how to clear the history via the Tools | Clear Private Data menu. I need to be able to review what sites she visits, for obvious reasons.

Does anyone know how I can disable this feature? I only want to disable it on her account. We are using XP Media Center Edition 2002 with SP2 and she has her own login account, which is a "limited account" with no administrative privileges like my account.

I have checked the support pages on mozilla.org but so far have not found if this is possible.

PS. I would like to do so without installing a 3rd party app.

PublicFox will allow you to lock out the abilty to clear private data via a password-protected plug-in. I don't think it will keep your kids from deleting the saved content outright from your disk drive, however.

Otherwise, as much as you don't want to use one, there's little choice but to use a third-party application.
